How to Use my Project 50 to Ignite your Bucket List
What is my Project 50? I turned fifty years old this year, in January, and wanted to celebrate my age. How we feel about getting old affects our health-a bunch! I wanted to prove to myself that you can celebrate an active lifestyle at any age. Hence, coming up with some goals and activities that I had never done before. Some were items that simply need to be done-like closet clean out, colonoscopy, resume and will writing. You know what? Putting them on the list made me accountable to do them. Others, like white water rafting, it was just a matter of making reservations and doing it!
