Celebrating the Last Day of Winter! Hike Report Senecaville Buckeye Trail

The Last Day of Winter The hike was organized as a point to point hike with a few vehicles staged for shuttling back. This location is in the Belle Valley Section of the Buckeye Trail, Points 16 thru 18 on the map.

It was an awesome hike on the Buckeye Trail in the Belle Valley Section, by the Senecaville Dam. It was a 4.54 mile hike, mostly “off road” which means “on trail!”

Fire Tower on the Buckeye TrailYou know if you are by a fire tower you’re on the highest point in the area at 1198 feet.

It would be hard to beat this view from this location.
