Do you pack? If not, why not?
If you spend five dollars a day eating your lunch out 5 x 5=25 x 50 weeks= 1250 dollars. Yowza! That’s some money you could be spending on a new pair of running shoes, or several white water rafting trip fees!
If you pack it, you are in control of what you are eating, not what is available in the cafeteria or the choices that you are offered in that weird restaurant that your coworker dragged you to.
What to eat? How to plan? Fear not, there’s many resources out there! Do you want to plan for a week-or simply make the next day or two lunches ahead of time?
A website I like to read is Organize Yourself Skinny. Tammy has lot of great articles on meal planning and dinner/lunch ideas.
I am going to try the super popular (at least on Pinterest) Mason Jar Salad this week. I made these on Tuesday. I did not add the protein, because I think it should have gone below the green lettuce level.
